Our Curriculum Intent

At LGJS, we recognise the importance of providing a broad and balanced curriculum that builds on the knowledge, understanding, and skills of all our pupils, starting from their diverse entry points.

Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to meet all the statutory requirements of the National Curriculum while incorporating experiences tailored to the needs of our pupils. This ensures the curriculum is not only relevant but also inspiring for our children. Our aim is to nurture successful, confident, responsible, and effective learners.

To achieve this, we focus on developing our pupils through the dedication and expertise of our staff, providing both challenge and support, and fostering strong partnerships with our community.
