Geography
At Lyndon Green Junior School, geography plays a vital role in our curriculum, as we recognise the importance of children learning about the world and the environments in which we live. Supported by Kapow, our curriculum provides children with meaningful experiences that connect them to their local community, enhanced by practical fieldwork activities. It also covers the three main branches of geography: human geography, physical geography, and environmental geography. By the time our pupils leave us, we aim for them to have a deep understanding of their local environment, along with a broader awareness of diverse environments across the globe.
